Theme - looking for a fast bootstrap mobile view theme

webmaster tools say mobile view is slow.
i tried to optimize but there is no real success.

so i would love to see a fast mobile vie theme which i could use.

WordPress? Try GeneratePress or Astra.

Already tried generatepress by myself but I can't optimize it well unless if you use their normal theme without choosing the theme from their site library or their premium theme.
Their normal theme is good as fast good blogging. This is just base on what I experienced.
