Theme instagram? and gaining followers?

I came to mind, my theme on instagram, I have about 30 followers today, (started 10-12 of April) I do not know if my theme on instagram is bad, or if it's "good" that a newly started account has 30 followers 14 days later ?

I do not find any accounts that are similar to mine because I inform people about training, most are personal accounts that show up food, videos, and or pictures of fitness models/bodybuilders. I find it difficult to find people who like those I show when there is no one else I know who do that i do. (i only want people to follow me in Sweden. ( i only write in Swedish).

Please, come with tips, how do I do to reach out to more and get more followers, are DM groups something for me already at such a follower? I'm never going to buy follower! On the other hand, I have an Instagram bot, I've heard a lot about Instagram seeing everything you do and can easily close my account because I'm using a bot.

I believe with "theme" you are referring to niche.
I don't think anyone will be able to tell you if your niche is good or bad based on how much followers you gained for the past 10 days.
However it's not only about the niche, if you are building an organic page then content plays a major role in how fast you grow.

I am not saying you should not spend time on picking a niche,but I believe that content should be your main focus.
However if you enjoy what you post and have fun doing it,don't stop!
You will eventually grow if you are consistent and provide people with quality and unique content.
