as long as the loading speed is fast, but I want to ask, is it better to save the image on the website or embed it from another website?

Uploading is better in my opinion as long as you're optimizing them. You can do it manually or use a plugin that compresses the images automatically. Always keep the file format JPG if you don't intent on using a transparent image, because png files are bigger in size.

Consider the theme simple and relevant to your niche, and fast-loading. Avoid using unnecessary Javascript & CSS with your theme.

yup!!! in technical SEO you should i also avoid using schema tags where its unncessary as well as compress the large images and the UI UX should be good, these are some terms....that you should do a little research...

theme is about site speed , the more the theme is lightweight the more is better for seo , avoid blog kind of themes , choose an elegant theme that will be nice for user experience , astra pro is a good example for this
