Theme For Pexels/Pixabay/Shutterstock

I posted in the wrong section (Make money) for this particular question.

I am in search of a Wordpress Theme that operates similarly to Pexels/Pixabay/Shutterstock. I built an image site previously, but I've now abandoned it as it does not have the ability to expand to user-uploaded content. Does anyone have any experience with this?

The idea is to have 100,000 images and then allow for users to upload their images on the site with their username.

You can get scripts from codecanyn, they have alot of similar scripts where user can upload images just like shutterstock
