Theme A or Theme B ?

Hi,

I'd appreciate the BHW Community's input, do you prefer Theme A or B?

Consider Appearance, estimated Bounce Rate and Interactivity.

B grabbed my attention more BUT it would depend on what niche you were thinking about.

A is clearly tech and B is travel, they might not look as good the other way round.

Personally I'd go with Theme A. The second theme seems too crowded for me, I'd imagine it would be hard for visitors to find content they're looking for. But as W130SN said, depends on what you're going for.

Agreed with W130SN aka Derrick. On the other hand why don't do some test, go with B for a few times and use CrazyEgg and usability test see how ti performs and then use theme A. Keep the best one and profit.

I love A/B testing

Theme A looks much better than theme B , Love the design and the colors. Don't know but kinda reminds me of ios 7

A is better for the visitor's eye, and you can read calmly. It also requires less articles to look FULL (exactly the opposite is in B, where u will have to update more, cause it's a theme that better suits heavy updated sites.

Also, a lot of the articles may not even get noticed in case B, cause there are a lot of articles shown in the home page.
Definitely would go for A.


P.S: CONSIDER THEME'S RESPONSIVENESS, cause mobile is growing day by day

Depends upon niche , I prefer B , have personal views , I think I can do more customization with that slider and an attention grabber.

B looks more professional, but both look somewhat messy. There are no clear sections or areas. If I wanted to find anything in particular, I wouldn't know where to start.
