Thebestspinner JIT debugging error [Please help]

Hello pals. please I have the latest version of tbs running on my pc but I usually get this error any time I launch the software

I run a check on my machine.config.comments file and I saw that it set to false. but I don't know how to enable this. Please help me plssssss.Thanks in advance

It could be a microsoft framework issue, try downloading 4.0.

I have the latest version of Microsoft framework I downloaded yesterday from filehippo...

it seems its a error in the tool. I would log a ticket to Jon, that he can fix it.
