Yeah I could kick myself in the butt for not buying up some domain names back in 96 or 97. There was even talk back then about maybe it would be good investments, but most people, myself included never gave it much thought. Of course it was more expensive to buy a domain back then and network solutions was the only place you could buy from. I even had a couple of reasonably good names when I set up my first personal domain. But then decided it was just too expensive and let them expire. I don't remember exactly, but I think it was like a couple hundred bucks to get a domain name back then.

If you could travel back in time, this would be the hands down easiest way to make sure you get rich.
Imagine what some of those guys who bought those domains in the beginning are thinking now. I bet most of them didn't even see it as an investment with increasing returns, they were just the first ones to get the domain due to random factors.
It's the shortest, most staggering jump from poor to rich I have ever heard of. Kind of makes you sick.

im sure that its worth 6 figures, but the noob runing the website has 100 rss feed subs and has no idea what he is doing. He is a dumbass, sell the domain, and use the money to invest to become wealthy. Stop chasing this dream to having it become this huge website when you know its going to fail, lol.
