I’ve started noticing when an article or comment feels a little too smooth. Perfect grammar, no real personality, just… polished. It’s like reading something written by no one at all.
On one hand, it’s impressive that AI can do this. On the other, I find myself craving raw, imperfect human voices more than ever. Do you think people will adjust to AI-generated content being everywhere, or will authenticity start to matter again?

When it comes to finding out information, I think people won't care. For example, when it comes to searching up whether you have a specific virus or not, you do want clear and easy to understand information.

However when it comes to conversions like texting or even reading books and stories, I think people do want the authenticity.

I dont know how people enjoy ai content. Most of it is trash and waste of time and resources. People still enjoy human content. Use ai content to sell something. Ai for search engines and call to action for readers.

I think that in the next couple of years, the very essence of the internet will die. Humanity will have a specific marker indicating where the internet died, as it is still remembered here in the early 2000s.
It seems to me that the most important principle of the internet is information and finding it. But thanks to the development of AI, as well as all kinds of deepfakes and ready-made aggregators for generating content farms, there will no longer be any truth on the internet.
This is just my opinion, but in a couple of years, there will be no live content left on the internet, nor any live (unfiltered, real) information. AI will simply drive all truth out of the internet, and we will remember this date. The internet will not cease to exist, but it will definitely cease to be used as it is now.

The uncanny valley effect can already be observed. Not only in videos with poor-quality AI, but also in some information on the internet. We have already begun to notice that behind the text/image/content, there may simply be no soul. Mechanics and creativity.

I know the feeling. You are reading and everything is just too perfect to be human. It is a bit irritating sometimes.

They will probably improve the quality of those texts, I don't think we will be able to easily identify AI generated texts in the coming years, maybe I'm being naive, but I guess they are capable of making some adjustments and create less sterile texts

LOL... i know that feeling but i think its a skill to also have the ability to identify AI generated texts. Some people aren't smart enough to do that.

In addition, i think a time will come when people will start to value authenticity again, when i say authenticity, it does not necessarily mean you do everything from scratch but whenever you have a project, it will be outstanding to mix machine assistance with your own authenticity merged with creativity. It will make you outstanding in a world dominated by fakes.
