Yes, that's fine. Asian SERPs in particular benefit a lot from international links. So rebuilding it on a US domain is not an issue per se.
 
Great guide. I set up a couple droplets on DO and they work great. Almost immediate increase in ranking.

Amazing detailed guide, should we avoid hosting all PBN sites on one VPS? What about using a VPS for each PBN site?
