Fantastic guide and have started to put into action. What are your thoughts on using/acquiring niche domains that are currently a parked domain with a display ad service? That is, on Wayback they were an authoritative domain in the niche, with good referring domains, but after their initial expiry/drop they became for a period (e.g. one year) have been parked with ads?

If I have pbn domains of different niches would I be better to try and make the domains related to the money site nice, or would it be okay to leave the individual pbn domains on there own individual niches and link the a money site with a different niche

Did you mean a PBN with 10 domains or 10 PBNs each with a set of domains?

You can do both. Relevance can be created with creative twists on the content.

With $1k / month you can easily acquire one, maybe even two decent domains for your own PBN. Hosting costs are relatively low if you go with Vultr or DO ($5 / mo per PBN).

Can you tell me more, if I want 1 PBN with Trust Flow (TF) about >10, CF>15, PA>20, DA > 20, Have views and backlinks for each article. So how much will it cost?
And what tools do you usually use to find them? Is "Register Compass" is okay?

Really depends on the domain, niche and the link profile of the domain. Could be anywhere between $500 and $2500 for those stats.
We typically do auctions, private outreach, private sales and dropcatch.
