A policeman had a perfect hiding place to screen speeding drivers. But one day, everyone was under the speed limit, the officer investigated : a 9 year old boy was standing on the side of the road with a huge hand-painted sign which said "SPEED CAMERA AHEAD."

A little more investigative work led the officer to the boy's partner in crime, another boy about 200 meters beyond the speed camera with a sign reading "TIPS" & a bucket at his feet full of coins.

:p

lol, Thank you for that.
I needed that considering it's been a bad Monday at work

LOL, those boys will become great entrepreneurs ;)

What a great idea, haha.
Time to package it up and sell it on DP. lol jk.

That's pretty neat though.

gr8 idea :) i wish i had some boy lik that to help me out everytime!!

i got a overspeeding ticket 9 times till now :(

Awesome, I would pay the little kids more than I get in tickets per year just to see the pigs miss their quota.

Seriously... This really isnt a bad idea.. Bet you could make more than minimum wage doing this haha...

Smart little dudes..

till the "50" come kickin you door down lookin for their commisions

LOL... now that's good stuff.

If only I had had that mindset at such a young age, I wouldn't be working so hard now.

Thanks for the chuckle.

Yeah, that is a great idea...!

Think about the possibilities...

"Sobriety Checkpoint Up Ahead!!"

"Turn Around Now To Save Your Ass!"

But then you'd have to worry about being ran over by the drunks trying to tip you...

Or they had fathers who where pushing them. Thisis soo old so it's increadible. My dad was suggesting me and my brother to do this when they used to have those speed controls in the area where I grew up. This was in the 70'th.

I also have heard similar stories about this been told before.

'...Roads are bad in Cambodia and, if you choose to go off the beaten track, there are no roads.

Many tourists rent unsuitable vehicles and go off exploring only to find themselves stuck in a deep muddy hole after an unexpected tropical downpour.

Never fear, there are always a handful of young grinning Cambodian boys around 10-12 years-old who appear from nowhere with planks of wood to shove underneath your tyres and get you on your way again...for a tip.

Who do you think digs the holes?

It might be third-world but the entrepreneurial spirit is up there with Gordon Gekko'.

Where in the hell were these kids a few years ago when I got a few too many speeding tickets and managed to rack up 13 points on my license? Stupid driver's responsibility fee.

wait and see, after this post some cops will be taking their kids to 'work' with them

and some of the kids will 'outsource' the job of the policemen

then of course we'll see it on DP

good one mate. sometimes great tricks are created from small things. opportunities are everywhere we just have to look hard.

My friend drove a tractor when he was 16.
Every Saturday he would take the tractor down to the beach and pull out all of the flashy SUVs that thought they were so cool driving along the beach and got stuck in the sand.
50$ a pop. Not bad for pocket change.
