Anyone else having problems with u2bviews today? When I try to login on the website it returns a database error, same on the app itself. Any ideas?

I am a newbie u2bviews user. Not sure what the deal is, I have the software running and "viewing" 30 second YT segments, and I did amass a ton of credits by leaving the computer on 24/7 for days. But *using* these credits just doesn't seem to be happening.
Under Control Panels / My Videos I am able to add my video URL, and set a number of credits to apply to it, and those are subtracted right away from my credit balance - but that's it, my YT view count isn't moving. (More exactly, it's not moving from this.) As if I needed to do one more step, click some "Apply" or "Start" button that I am not seeing anywhere. At first I thought perhaps u2Bviews just needs more time to deliver the views. Well, by now I'm way into Day 3 and when I pull up the control panel it's just as I left it - my video is there, the number of views I assigned the last time to it is there, nothing moved a single digit. What am I doing wrong?

Yes, all the auto YT tool uses lots of resource, but U2bview still generate views, like and comment.
You can clear cache if the soft cause too much cpu.
