I was owed 1300$ for 2 weeks earnings (first 2 weeks of this year) 1 day before the payment was to be issued, I was unable to log into my account and shortly there after I received an email stating that I had been suspended due to "fraud". I promptly contacted the ONLY rep they have "Daniel" and was told that I would NOT be paid anything and that my account was shut down, and no more reason was going to be given on the matter. I had spoken to him a few times in the weeks before and he was VERY cool and nice but his tone completely changed and he was very rude telling me " i feel sorry for you situation"
My sales and traffic are legit and I have been promoting with sponsors for years without ANY issues whatsoever. I have notices over the last month or so that I am by FAR not the only affiliate who has been suspended without explanation and not been paid. I have spoken to 12 other affiliates who are in the same predicament as I am, and who were shut down without explanation and without pay.
I noticed that someone posted a similar story on another msg board earlier today but they were banned. I couldnt figure out why and then i realized that WEBCAMSCOM was a sponsor for that board.
Bottom line is this .. WEBCAMSCOM is cheating their affiliates out of honest earnings, and it all starts with their Rep DANIEL.
in 2010 they fired all of their honest staff (Jago, Chris, Blake, Juan, Dirk) and now are working with a new team and they are very rude, shady and currupt. I lost 1300$ .. how much are you going to lose ?

The owner and CEO of the company's name is RICHARD CLARK, he is at the end of the day responsible for the cheating and stealing being done by STAN-DA-MAN and DANIEL over at webcamscom

This is most affiliate's worst nightmare. Not me.

I get giddy like a little school girl when a network tells me they're not paying me, I love it, and I'll tell you why, I know how to play dirty too.

You have to fight fire with fire.

There's a post of mine way back about how I dealt with one network and got my money, and that was only one experience, there have been 10 so far, and I always get paid when I start being a fucking prick.

This business is dog eat dog. I don't give a fuck how nice your affiliate rep is, business is business, I don't trust any cpa or network or affiliate rep, I trust ME, I'm loyal to Me. There are good networks, but there are a lot that are shady.

Yes we're all smiles and niceties until something goes wrong, then they're pricks, and the nice affiliate walks away beat because the nice affiliate rep just fucked him hard in the ass.

Here's what I would do if I were you.

First tell him he can tongue your balls.....from behind of course....that'll set the tone, all niceties out the fucking door. Be rude.

Then tell him that you always keep a backup of all people who signed up, just as a safety measure in case a network tried to drill you in the ass. Now tell him you'll mail them all and tell them to charge back if they signed up, because the whole sites a fishing site that just wanted their cc numbers and emails anyway. And the ones that didn't sign up sure as fuck won't now or ever.

Then tell him you're doing a "Reverse campaign" on Craigs list" A combination of scraping and mailing as well as posting to warn guys not to ever fall for the fishing site webcams.com.

On a good day you can reach 10000 guys, multiply that by 7-14 days...you get the picture.

Tell him to keep the $1300, you'll just advertise his fishing site for 13 days, trust me, it will make a dent in their overall conversions, they will see it if it get's that far and it will cost a fuck of a lot more than $1300. It would be way cheaper to pay you out.

Their next step is of course to make legal threats if theyre really fucking stupid, which they are....the ones who fuck affiliates. That's why they do it, they're fucking stupid, they think short term. I really love this part because I actually get to talk to someone on the phone by this point usually.

Most times it won't get this far, they'll usually turtle by this point. I have been contacted by legal departments in three of the fights I've been in, I told all them to go fuck themselves too, and that I enjoyed court and could we please go.

They all turtled in the end. They aren't going to spend thousands when they can just pay you your $1300 and shut you up and stop your "Reverse campaign".

The Internet is a powerful medium, use it, fight the pricks at networks, be dirty like them, it's the only way to beat them.

Now there are a lot of good networks that are in it for the long term and don't fuck people, so be good to them and send good traffic. But be a prick to the pricks.

I don't give advice about that which I don't know. If I'm talking, I know what it's about. I've done all of the above and far worse.

Screw Webcams! I stopped promoting them a long time ago. I tried contacting affiliate managers support for months on some questions that I had. Never once did any of them respond back to me.
