It's a trend trap
They will revert sooner or later when they really get tired os same thing

yes recently every one use same effects for video and also in design get same ai picture. its also because less time taking or less thinking and designer don't need to explore the design

originality isn't dead, people are just lazy lol. it's way easier to grab a figma template with bento grids and call it a day than actually think about what fits the brand. the real problem is clients want "modern" but what they mean is "make it look like that other site i saw"
