The file is fine (use the password) and not bad although nothing we haven't seen before. Worth a read though if you want to know how to use Torrents and CPA.

The latest but not the greatest. This is a 6 page e-book about torrents>CPA, uploading torrents within a .rar with a password so that people must go to your site to retrieve it. Beating on a dead horse.

Good share but it is an old method.
Every time we try this, some person finds the password and posts it in the comments sections and nobody will do that again.
