Well the time has come to start my journey thread, I work an 8-5 job with a lot of down time (get paid hourly not commission). Getting this job is perfect as it get me a great deal of time to read BHW and craft my game winning strategy.

History:
I started my first real business shortly after graduating high school, It was a mobile car detail business and got the privilege of detailing corvettes and many high end cars. The hours and working conditions where horrible but the pay was awesome. Winter time rolled around and business slowed down greatly. I decided to cut my losses and try something more easy on my body, with little or no overhead needed.

I then decided to develop an app, had a pretty decent idea and around 3-4,000 for development. Through a series of bad investments and lack of experience I lost majority of that money. Believing in the law of attraction I liquidated everything I had even my car thinking I would make my money back. With champagne dreams on a beer budget I never did make any money off it. During this process I found out who my real friends are and narrowed down my social circle to a few friends who stuck it through with me. At this time I discovered BHW.

Found a perfect job that complements my job that would complement my IM interest, I also mentioned my interests in IM to the job and they said they want me to help them rank their site. Around the same time as the job I started a youtube channel and got it to make me 5-10 dollars/day which covers my car payment or insurance w/e way you decide to look at it.

Goal:
To make enough cash to move out on my own, cover all my expenses and a few hundred while demoting myself to part time at this job.. (I like this job, just not waking up in the morning so early) I have plenty of projects and software/website ideas that I want to develop to make the word a better place, but as my app taught me, you need a money cannon to make anything new stick and spread, relying on friends and family is just pissing in the wind.

Plan:
Done..1 Buy a premade website geared to a select keyword from the bhw market - NapsteR -

In Progress 2. Build Social Signal by inflating fans

In Progress 3. Buy Writers to write content geared around the main keyword as well a long tail

On Stand By 4. SEO (manually at first) Then invest in a seo package provided by - sdseoguru - (most popular package in marketplace).. Would you recommend this service for long term website?

5. I plan to do adsense and amazon afil for the profit

With the progress of my youtube channel and seeing others succeed I am more determined than ever to blast into a new tax bracket. After streamlining this authoritative site I plan to branch out to different niches.

I am open to any advice or tips you guys may have!

The Journey Begins!

I think people here would recommend you doing either adsense OR amazon affiliate. You would get pennies for the adsense click VS dollars if someone buys your amazon product

Are you using adsense with YT to monetize your videos or into other stuff like CPA, etc?

A job should cover your needs for food, water, housing, cell phone bills, internet, etc. our investments can cover this as well, but until then your extra cash should be pouring into your talents that you sell as services to companies or rich investors.

Good luck on your journey mate, and never lose hope. You'll earn more than before if you work. IM is quite easy, but you have to work smart. So, keep working hard and you'll soon reach your goal. :)

Update: I received my articles and crafting my posts via pictures and diagrams when applicable , plan to schedule new posts every other day or maybe even daily when I get enough content. Also building up reputation on yahoo answers. Once I get more content out there I will build web 2.0 backlinks a bit and buy a package when I get the ball rolling.

vbhsfi: I plan on focusing mostly on adsense, but I will pepper in some amazon products in my articles as the niche allows it. I will also open up an affiliate store that will not have any ads.

homebasebiz: I have a traditional adsense youtube channel

Good luck to you mate! Not everyone have the passion and determination to start IM. If you ever need a content writer, drop a PM or Skype me. I will be glad to help you out.

Are you creating the content yourself or have you outsourced this?
