he is probably asking them to sign up with "hosting" of his recommendation. Meaning he asks them to sign up , through his aff link or so..

i wonder if the Seo services are good there?? hmmmmmm :/ some of the graphic design ( logo's) look pretty good but its comes with unspoken word you get what you pay for designs.

It's nearsightedness, most don't think about the possibility that it's worth your time IF you can consistently get 10-15 $5 jobs per day. But if you're working hard for $5 posting and posting jobs and only making $5 a day then of course it's a waste of time.

It's not like that guy who posted in the freelancer section some time ago offering .10 for one job.
 
This website actually came on G4 network, after it came on g4 network you should see the alexa rank it gained A LOT!!!

I WONDER IF I CAN EVER MAKE A WEBSITE LIKE THAT JUMP START IT THEN SEND G4 OR OTHER TV GAME NETWORKS A LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION.

you really seem to download everything from the download section. In my opinion I wonder how you manage your time with your kids , blackhatworld and even dissing on the newbies. But you really seem to know everything that goes around the download section even more than most members here.

i tried to hire someone for 2 projects, and guess what?!

NEITHER of them got done but i was charged for both and trying to get my money back.

...what I was really asking for is:

Can a Site like Fiverr be build with Plug-In`s or would a complete Script be needed.
...cause it has all the Features needed for a local Community-Project - like Membership, Payment etc.
