LOL! Had a silly idea, want to share it with you guys.

In theory it sounds amazing!
In practice, I'm guessing it would suck!

Imagine you make a company called "ABC", it is a structural pyramid company.

You tell your two friends, "Join ABC for $500", you get nothing in return but to be in this 'company'. Then when you get friends, you get a % of them, and when they get friends, you get a smaller % of them, etc.

Let's say you take %10 for every transaction or something?.

So how it works..

YOU get 2 friends, they give you $500 each ($1000 in your pocket)
Those two friends, get 2 more friends to join, thats $200 in your pocket, plus $900 in each of the friends pocket.

Then you get level 2, level 3, level 4, etc?

You're still with me? LOL

In theory it sounds good?
In practice...

This idea exist for a long time it's called "piramidal system" and, in almost every country I know, it's illegal.

The systems depends of the entry of every day more and more peolpe on the piramid, the first to enter will earn money, but the last one couldn't find more people to contact with and the systems falls.

I dont really get it except your making people pay to be in a company

lol, you should include a crappy product, then its legal :)

AKA:
Amway...
HerbaLife...
OmniLife...
Mary Kay...
Avon...
etc...

it is not illegal unless you don't provide a product, i mean, if you prmote "x product in a piramyd structure it won't be illegal) at least that works in Mexico, member of G-20 and one of the 14 richest countries in the world.

Have you ever heard of something called a "Ponzi Scheme"?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ponzi_scheme

Charles Ponzi was busted for doing this in the early 1920's, and Charles Dickens described something like this in a book from 1857.

Yeah, I guess you could say its been around for a while...
