WOW, Thanks OP, some powerful stuff there although 57 years old, it does somewhat relate to modern day understanding of the Law of Attraction.
Nonetheless, there are some great takeaways from this video.
Alternative definition of Success
Success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal of a person,
working to a predetermined goal, and knows where (s)he is going
You will always get back whatever you put in to any action,
BY PAYING IT FORWARD AND HELPING OTHERS..
6 steps to realize success
1). Set yourself a definite goal,
2). Quit running yourself down,
3). Stop thinking of all the reasons why you cannot be successful and instead think of all the reasons why you can be a success,
4). Trace your attitudes way back, even from your early childhood, and discover where you got the idea why you cannot be successful,
(if that is the way you have been thinking),
5). Change the image you have of yourself by writing up a description of the person you would like to be
6). Act the part of the successful person you have decided to become.
In order to achieve abundance, calm, cheerfulness, money, success and peace...
PAY THE PRICE BY TAKING THE TIME TO BECOME THE PERSON YOU WANT TO BECOME.
I remember listening to this around 2 years ago... it literally had a big impact on my life regarding IM and not only. I wish someone would've explain to me when I was 10 years old that most of the people are living into the 'sheep system', doing a thing because that's what other people are doing, without thinking that you can do whatever you want, achieve whatever you want. But I realized this and it wasn't too late for me.
In time I learned that it's better not to share all or most of your dreams and goals, because the 'others' will quickly give their 'expert' opinion about how anything you say might or won't work. However, I learned that the best thing to do is to not give a single fuck about what others are saying, because 'you become what you think', therefore if you let others telling you what to do and you do those things and think about them, you will become what others want, not what you want.
Love this! It's funny, I actually ordered this on CD two weeks ago. Still waiting for it from Amazon. There is also a recording of Nightingale reading a condensed version of, "Think and Grow Rich," by Napoleon Hill. Great stuff.
