Aight, so I was stuck at 2-3 minute average watch time, and it was killing my channel. Then I noticed something about Netflix- they autoplay the next episode before you even think about leaving. So I stole the idea.
Now, I end every video with:
A mini cliffhanger ("But here’s the problem…")
A direct CTA ("Next video explains how to fix this- click here!")
A playlist link in the pinned comment
Result: My average watch time went from 2:30 to 5:15 in 3 months. People just kept watching.
