OGads landing page, check their offers and you will see how cpa/cpi works. You can easily create a custom landing page using Wordpress + Divi Theme + Contact Form 7 plugin or use Bootstrap, it is a little bit harder than wordpress, but you can make a decent LP aftrer just few hours even if you don't know html/css
