The shitlist rule 4

I have been on a forum for quite some time now and i have read almost every shitlist thread that has ever been posted on BHW but recently i have noticed alot of members are breaking the shitlist rule 4 by posting random comments (mostly racial abuse) which is not related to the situation in any manner. My suggestion is anyone who violates this rule should get an infraction or a 2 day temp ban. What are your thought's on this?

Depending on the severity, we may give a PM Warning, or a Warning Infraction, or a Full Infraction.
