The Seo Link Building section is so confusing,which package you recommend for video?

I would like to rank some of my videos in google and other videos dont really have backlinks and not well seo optimized but i still cannot beat them on google,only on youtube.
Can you recommend me any seo package for video google ranking? Because i bought 200 backlinks 2 months ago but my video have not even moved, i think that automatic submissions worth nothing. Anyway any idea?

YouTube rankings are way more dependent on high retention views, likes, comments and the amount of subscribers your channel has. On top of this Social Signals rather than backlinks are much more effective. I speak from experience.
