Update:
Had to move the domain to http://www.digitalscartreatment.com because of a trademark issue
Doesn't affect hoplinks or tracking in any way but I figured people might get confused if they check their links and it goes to a different domain.

No its not even them. It's another scar treatment company that 'supposedly' has "the scar solution" trademarked even though I haven't actually been able to find it. It's pretty ridiculous but they threatened legal action and since I don't have a team of lawyers I'm pretty much doing what they say.
I tried questioning it but they said I've already damaged their reputation and if I dont change it they will sue for damages. After this I'm also a little concerned about Neosporin's Scar Solution product so I decided to just change it.

I pushed back and they disappeared. I guess this is pretty common. Although I'm still going to keep the new domain just in case Neosporin Scar Solution decides to come after me. I doubt they will, but if they did I think they might have a legit case. I still have the old domain redirecting to the new one anyway. No big deal.

Hey I noticed in your affiliate page, you have a link to the clickbank signup. A suggestion would be: make that link a referral link from you (unless you are already doing that with cookies)! That way you will get more money from any new person to CB, and even after they move on and if they become successful, you will continue to get $$ from them. Nice site btw

I encourage you and any potential affiliates to ignore 'The Scar Secret', which is a blatant ripoff of my product and sales page. What he is doing is wrong and illegal. Don't support plagiarism.

The fact that you took many elements from my sales pages and used them in your 'scar solution' website without permission from me, and you have the nerve to talk about stealing?
The fact is, everyone steals from everyone in some shape or form. It's an internet marketing fact, deal with it.

Dude, borrowing "elements" from a standard sales page is a lot different than copying someones product. I research and write my products from scratch. It costs me a LOT of time and effort, I think I have a right to be pissed when someone steals it.
A sales page layout is not the issue. Its the fact that its almost an exact clone of my product. He even had the balls to copy my bonus product. Then he promotes it on BHW where i've been an active member for over a year.
I guess thats what I get for sharing info on BHW...

Hyper, if that's the case and you can back it up.. you should file a Digital Millennium Copyright Act Complaint (DMCA) against him and take his site down.
Also be sure to notify Clickbank that he's duplicated your product word for word... good luck.

Its painful to spend months building up a product & website only to have someone copy paste it for their own financial gain. I knew this day would come, I just didnt think it would be so blatant.

He is afraid he will lose his affiliates to a superior product and is therefore spouting spurious claims. The Scar Solution currently has a monopoly on the scar niche and is trying to bully out the little guy with malicious and entirely false rants so they can continue to operate without competition.
If you want to see a real thief, compare the layout from The Scar Solution with http://www.mafiawarswizard.com/ which is owned by another CB user. Html template stolen and edited blatantly.
