the safest domain possible

Hey guys,

not sure whether this is not a bad question, but is there domain that is safe from ICANN and similiar institutions? For pharma business it's needed. Some review websites are sending bad sounding letter to registrars and some of them are shutting them down and some are not, but if we do not care about SEO much and bigger win is to keep websites up? Hopefuly it's understandable ... :-/

There's certain domains that people consider to be "pretty safe" from US authorities. However, ICANN is the final authority when it comes to domain names.

what if we register .in (India) domain name. Would they have power to do anything ?
