The safe limits for bulk unfollowing on X

As far as I know, there is no limit for unfollow, but I want my account to be 100% safe, no suspension, ban etc. So, anyone can tell me how many people should I bulk unfollow in a day to keep my account clean and safe? Also, what intervals should be used?

If you unfollow too many people too quickly, Twitter may flag your account. Unfollow no more than 100 people per day and space out, you could unfollow 25 people every hour.

This is from your experience, I mean you tried to do it with these numbers and you weren't flagged?
