I joined last year..I have more than 100 posts..I paid this amount already..still not working. It looks like they need me to pay another $97

Under "Available Upgrades" on the "Account Upgrades" page, you should see 3 membership options and a marketplace thread option. Under premium membership, it clearly states that it's not a payment for Jr. VIP status. You meet the requirements for Jr. VIP status, so you should see the option to pay for a Jr. VIP membership upgrade on this page.
Anyway, how long have you been a premium member for? Depending on how long ago you purchased your premium membership, you can probably just get your account switched over to Jr. VIP.
It's also better to contact an administrator about these types of problems rather than a moderator. If you contacted me about it, I would just point you in the direction of an admin.

Thanks a lot, I am paid it this year but I cannot find when. I thought it would upgrade me to VIP status but it didn't...so I thought its because I wasn't very engaged..but its not..I missed where it said its not for VIP and I didn't ask for a refund because when I found out I thought VIP status would be upgraded automatically when I have over 100 posts.
