The road to getting on wikipedia..How?

I have a client I'm trying to get an article written about on wikipedia's, I tried myself but every single.IP from my.phone, to my clients phone to proxies that I tried are all banned. Why? I have no idea I havent done a single malicious thing on any of my IPs from phone to home computer. But I am trying to get a legitimate page up. Does anyone have advice or connections to getting a wiki up?

i have tried stuff myself,this wiki stuff is getting a bit difficult

Only Wikipedia Editor can help you to set up a page for you but they take much fees
