The requirement to receive payment in Dollarade

I started to earn money with Dollarade on March, however I forget to submit "Tax Form", so I have to wait to the next month to receive, and now I have already to submitted "Tax Form", and my earning is 1k$ ( enough to reach the min payout ), but I still worried is there any left I forget to fill or do anything to be enough to receive the payment, I have to pay for my study fee next month ( June )
