As somebody as already stated its time to move on. Naming and shaming is only going to incur arguments about being innocent and being picked on by other members.
If you really want to know, look in the lounge for useless posts and who the main culprits of these are and you will soon see a pattern emerging.

How will you continue onto making the forum informational and content rich when everyone who shared something was doing it for rep ?
After the freebie section got "rep free" it became visitor free also
Another question would be on how will you keep the forum boards from transforming into one big marketplace as even today you can see that each BST is upped once/day, and even without any sales/info
Yet another question (this one will hurt your pockets) how will you convince people to continue subscribing to JR.VIP because as you all know and as Wiz stated, some people just want to watch the world burn and neg rep newbs... now that the power to neg rep is gone... a lot of people will pass on renewing their JR. VIP subscriptions
Also a while ago I was thinking of the JR.VIP forums as of a promised land filled with new methods and I was rather disappointed to see that all the methods there (the good ones anyway) are from 2012
One reason why people started buying JR.VIP is to have a sponsored signature banner and the people who bought those signatures paid more if the person had more rep/posts... now that rep is gone I can see a lot of JR.VIPS who paid for the subscription not renewing it since no one is gonna pay 50$/month for a sig link anymore
Just one more thought... what's gonna stop Jr Execs from fucking the other BST owners since being light blue and having the "Exec" title will most likely give them a higher conversion rating on BST's
Oh wait..i have one more... how are you going to stop the flood of scammers that's gonna appear ? Open new account, sprint to 150 posts, buy JR. VIP, open a BST, buy a service and give it to a mod, scam 100 people... get banned, rinse and repeat

Did you ever see informational rich content in lounge after you joined on JUl 2013? I guess without logging in you cant see many of the important sections.
This is not lots of people and just few members enjoying repping members. Most of the buyers buy Jr.vips for BST Purpose and thinking to give something back.
so, its clear you are not new member, and i may doubt you could be one of the members from that skype group.
Members of bhw are not idiots to buy signature space for reps, but for posts.
Did any Jr.exec vip showed their sales statistics to you?
Oh wait, its mod duty and even before reputation system on, it happened here and there and we can manage it.

definitely not the best of moves.. there are many people out here who share their methods only with the intention of getting plus repped few are exceptions ..and "thanks" doesnt count much... so i am sure there is going to be a major downfall in quality threads.. the reputation count was a motivation for many i had low rep counts only close to 300 still i support the rep system..

how much did being a mod help you with your BST ? if skittles, ruoall and the other people who are in the same business as you are would like to come forward and show their statistics ... will you ?

Always arguments. If they didnt removed the Rep system, they would ask why you didnt do something about it. Now once its removed many of you complaining why it was necessary to remove it. The move is made and continue your work like it was never existed. If you came here only for +Rep, then you are on wrong place, go to DP and ask for 3 Likes, maybe you will be more successful. Many of big names here are made and remembered from their awesome posts and advice's to other members, not because they had 4k or 5k Reps.

I think that after a week or so, at the most, no one will remember there ever was a rep system here. Obviously some members will be very happy and some very unhappy over this, but they all will get over it ultimately, and move on. Better get over it sooner than later.

My opinion:
Just like in any human society, a person's reputation matters a LOT and how different is BHW from a society of people !?
Just as we use the reputation of a person as a factor to judge him/her, the rep was a good way to judge and differentiate the leechers/scammers from the loyal members!
If - rep was a problem, then only the ability to -rep should had been removed.
