What is the reason why Google suspends accounts for suspicious payments

Is it because of bad vcc
Or ip
Or no warmup time
Or bad gmail account
Or for not using stealth browsing software?

GAds suspension rates are a bit higher nowadays, for various reasons. The solution (rather workaround) is to step up and create more number of accounts and always appeal all suspended accounts, so that you will always have some accounts in hand to run your campaigns. For now that is the "solution" until their algorithms calm down a bit. IP, which card is used, fingerprints (what is shown in useragent) ... all these do matter, and apart from these also the account creation method also matters nowadays. If one will try to use higly saturated cards such as revolut, etc obviously lots of GAds accounts will get suspended. If one will use a normal aws, azure, etc VPS, nowadays, obviously lots of GAds accounts will get suspended, as the basic overall fingerprints related architecture of these VPS are all the same and highly used (saturated), so easily flagged nowadays.
@1553753 I apologize if myself and / or others may not fully share respective working methods to create accounts : the reason is that such things are prone to getting saturated. However, when and where possible some of us do provide helpful tips and hints. I sincerely wish you and everyone all the best in your respective internet marketing journey.

Most of the reason are using the same ip, if you use different ip, there is a less chance.

Could be several reasons.

If they suspect click fraud, if you used your id before in some other account, etc

There is no reason, google ads has gone nuts on suspensions in the last year. You can't get an account live if you don't do everything right + know the correct account creation method.

I've talked to my friend in an agency, and he told me that they increased the account setup times they tell to their clients because 75% accounts they create using their MCC are suspended. Thus they have to include the appeal times in their timeline.

Honestly, at the beginning one may think that it's because the IP, CC, a bad gmail and so on... Let me tell you, I think that if you create 100 accounts, a few of them will go live. Why? Recently I created one ads account with a brand new Gmail right away, using the same IP of previously suspended ad accounts and the exact same credit card I was using in another suspended account.

This made me happy because I finally could advertise on Google but angry at the same time, because I don't know what I did differently this time to be able to replicate, and let me tell you that I didn't do anything special when setting up the account, that's why I think that luck is a huge factor here.

take it from someone who is creating many account on daily basis.... it's the payment you are using thats is the issue

Google doesn't ban you randomly. Google has a bot, a well-made bot that understands completely who you are. Before going to google ads start studying what are footprints, cookies, and how they work.

Of course already used card will bring you an instantban. Same if you add a banned domain.
