The real guest posts!

Most of them say guest posts is a white hat technique

But I am not sure if the above statement is true or not!

Because recently I was looking for buying guest posts and by analysing the given samples, 90% samples was looking like good PBN means ( with decent traffic and with decent metric, but the OBL for those sites were very high ), the structure of most of the sites were with full of articles! It doesn't look like the real guest posts, because real guest posts are well maintained with decent OBL and with other metrics, it is very hard to get a do follow link from a real guest posts site's, but in the case of the 90% samples with the specification given above it was easy to get a do follow link

So here my question is

1. Do you consider those 90% samples with the specification given above as guest posts?
2. Do they really come under white hat techniques?

It all depends on the sites you are getting guest posts on. Some sellers provide genuine sites as sample but majority of them won't share their sites.

If you are seeing many obl from a single article/post then it is not at all a real guest post site.

But I knew real guest posts site's with many obl in a article/post( they will insert 3 to 4 different high authority links with our link in a article/post as it will look more natural in SEO point of view ), so I think it's hard to predict with your quoted point!

That can be white hat for sure.

Let me tell you a secret...
Most of the so called guest post sellers or outreach link building sellers have common database..
The blogs in their inventory as almost similar. Each seller quote a different price for same site.

If you want real quality guest posts, stop looking at domain metrics like DA PA etc and focus on site content quality.

I am sending you a PM with some blog URLs. Check it and see if they are the same blogs on which some seller offered you a guest post? You may be surprised.

White hat is a site linking to yours randomly because you happen to have authoritative content.

Anything other than that, especially when you mention “buying” is not strictly white hat.

However, what you are trying to avoid is anything spammy - so you are right, sites with tonnes of at Ickes on random topics aren’t as good as well maintained niche sites with good metrics and traffic.

It really comes down to balance though, you want a link that’s going to pass juice, has traffic and is deemed safe by Google, and you want it at a decent price. Maybe have a look at some of the manual outreach services on here - with those you get genuine outreach and some of them also offer you the ability to accept or decline the link opportunities.

Sure Guest posts comes under white Hat technique. Think twice before choosing a sites and check their content quality and metrics.

1. Author subdomain guest post ( domain.com/author/........)
2. Admin guest post, author guest post ( domain.com/......)

And I also have one more question here

I knew admin guest post is the best out of the above two, but I want to know is does author subdomain guest post add value in terms of SEO!

It's best to do a background check of the domain before you placing your guest post. So you will know if you are having a white hat approach, whether the domain is suitable. Adding the author is completely upto you since it can or cannot add an extra value to the post. If the author has a reputation, indeed it will add an extra value. But if the domain is a reputed domain, a direct guest post should look great.

What I meant by the way you treat is that, when it comes to promoting your post, you can also follow white hat techniques like paid ads and also black hat techniques like mass backlink creation. It will help you to gain more value of your guest post.

A white hat link building means you create the high quality content, ranking for keywords and then some sites link to your blog. That's a standard technique or you can also outreach to other bloggers in your niche to link to your post or site if they find it suitable for their audience.
"buying guest posts" is never white hat technique.

Mostly what we do is comes into grey hat or sometimes black hat as our pure intention is to manipulate the site ranking in google search results.
