The "Magical Authority Effect" has been tried and true, and has been proven to work. Yes, the dampening effect happens as well with all sites, this is something that no one can get around, however to say the authority effect doesn't work is like saying the sky is green.

I do my link wheels with what Howie Schwartz said in I think it was Conversation Domination. He said do yourself a favor and turn off your Google Toolbar so you can't see the PR bar. Stop having these little heart attacks when you find out a web2.0 is "nofollow".

Just get to work. Too much thinking kills profitable action.

I'm not saying you are all personally overreacting, but there are those people out there who fuss about it as if the success of their campaigns hinges on PR and PR alone. I actually like that diagram host32 put up but if you're just a one man team, it'll take long.

Right now I think it's just too much work manually filtering by PR and then manually creating properties when I have the ability to do it all on the fly. In one hour it takes people to post 1 wheels, I can get it done in minutes. To me, it's the early bird who gets the worm

No, it's not white hat - and not a discussion about white vs black calm and patient vs aggressive. I'm talking about being one person spending 1 hour to setup one link wheel based on fears of your properties not being a certain PR or nofollow link.

If you can afford the software or outsource the work, then to me why do you even care about PR? Programs like Senuke already have sites with high pr and majority are ********. So whether or not the property is nofollow and doesn't pass PR I don't sit around debating mentally if it's "worth it".

Example, Hubpages are nofollow until you hit a certain hubscore. But I don't give a rip because whether or not the Hub has good PR or is nofollow Google shows it a lot of love either way and gives good initial rankings. That's what I care about.

If you are doing everything by hand anyway, then by all means go for it since you're already spending the time to do it manually so you do have the luxury of picking and choosing.

But for me, I can afford the automated solution so PR is good and always welcome, but my online goals and strategies don't revolve around PR at all. It revolves around how quickly I can implement an idea or campaign with the least amount of work while still packing a pretty powerful punch.

I think all of us white hatters and black hatters can agree on that last statement, hopefully

Well said detth, what a lot of people don't get is just because its no follow doesn't mean its useless. I have had so many people tell me no follow is useless, and every time I try to explain it to them that its not. Most of the time I don't win, people have strong believes :/

A Google executive just came out not too long ago stating that No-Follow links still count, just not with the same "weight" as Do-Follow.

Would anyone use a subscription for auto linkwheels?

yeah i got the same ip problem. i even used a uk socks and vpn but same outcome. anyone successfully posting an entry recently? is there any good pr7 replacement?
