It's more than likely something created and/or paid for by the PowerSellers Union themselves.
 
Hi they are a great place to use, and very straight forward. Suppliers are all legit and they are always adding more. Give them a call their number is on their website or you could ask their members what they think. Look on the partners pg, click on one of their members websites, contact them, and ask them what they think. That would probably be your best bet.

I am also interested to join the PSU, but I am still taking some time to research and to read feedbacks from its real members. Any info is truly appreciated. Thanks.
 
I talked to the guys at PSU a few times, and they are always very kind and answer all my questions. I can't wait to invest in their wholesale lists.

Anyone with experience using these lists recently? Is it worth the signup fee?

Definitely looking to find actual dropshippers, and not middlemen pretending to be dropshippers
