The Pirate ban

My accounts are being constantly banned by the pirate bay. Why is this? I have done no blackhat shit. The furthest I get is uploading the torrent and seeing all its description the way a person who was going to download it would see it, you know what i mean. It lasts for a while, i'm seeing some downloads and then; I refresh the browser and it tells me the torrent doesn't exist and then i try and log into my account and they tell me the username doesnt exist and then my email address is supposedly imaginery.
What have I done wrong?

This is the fifth time this has happened, I've reset my modem too, but to no use!

Anyone experience this...

It's going to be a long time before you wont be able to download stuff from the piratebay for free.

What are you uploading? applications will pretty much get banned within the hour, especially from new users. If you are uploading legit files then post on the suprnova forums with your username, state your case and they will unban you and then you will be put into the 'safe' zone.

I was uploading some pdf ebooks. Didnt think that was a crime!

It really depends on what type of ebooks you were upping, blackma.

The mods at TPB aren't stupid, if they see you just upping small ebooks with your affiliate links, they won't last long obviously. I bet they're watching new accounts especially, so you could either up some legit torrent stuff first, or disguise your books better.

Don't have titles where you advertise anything free, rather have titles like "The 800$ Exclusive Course for Successful Dating", or bs like that.

Edit: The transition that blackboxer is talking about is due to take place this month btw., so TPB most likely will soon be history anyway as the top public torrent tracker. But the above still applies to any public tracker, really.

Try to establish your account, THEN put your moneymaking stuff on there. It is an obvious red flag for mods for people who upload moneymaking shit for their first upload. It is not hard to be trusted on there (purple skull), and not THAT hard to be a VIP (green). All it takes is time and dedication. After uploading a book there every week for a year, I became a VIP. I haven't been off their top 100 book list since April 08, and my account has 5k peers at any given time. I can upload any moneymaking books, and mods don't say a word to me (I keep them anonymous though, but members can see the green skull, so it gets tons of hits).

Sure, you are probably thinking right now "But I don't have any unique content, and all the good stuff is already on torrents!"

WRONG.

Go on other trackers, and look for torrents on any particular subject, and spend 10 seconds seeing if it is on your tracker you use. Better yet, find top torrents on trackers, and try to move them to others. Depending on what tracker you use, you may not even have to do any uploading. All you do is add a previously existing torrent, and have the new tracker "mirror" it, so all you do is upload the torrent file, add a description, and you are set. I do this all the time with books, and it is very easy.

So while it takes some effort to build and make a "trusted" account on a tracker, by doing so, moderators will lower their guard around you there. One last thing you can do is upload it somewhere first (on any forum, tracker, rapidshare link sharing site, etc a few days/weeks/months beforehand), so then you have the legit excuse of finding it somewhere else, then moving it here. To take it one step further, make a site and a fake sales page selling the book for a few hundred dollars! (or whatever price you want to make up). Have a natural looking chain of how the book got to a torrent site, and it will really help.

There are a lot of ways to have these torrents stick, but by following a few of my ideas, it will make you a little safer.
