They can still repin your pin but the URL will still be ghosted.

Don't feel bad...I got a few blocked URL's..Just make a new redirect and see which pins and getting repinned the most in your feed and change the URL...You will get most of your traffic back.

I decided to give pinterest + Amazon a try after reading many inspirational posts here. I have two accounts and for now I'm just concentrating on increasing the number of followers, not driving traffic to my sites.

On one account all I do is repining, just as an experiment. And also I follow about 1000 people a day manually.(I worked on this account for 3 days. I have 85 followers and was invited to a group board which has 3500+ followers)

1. When I follow about 250 people at a time, only about 15 follow me back. Is that normal?

2. Will they ban me for having only repins?

3. I have 250 followers on one account and 85 on the other. Should I start sending traffic to my own sites now? Or should I wait until my follower count hit a certain number? ( I get about 5 repins and 10 likes a day from my followers)

I'm not even newbie in pinterest, I am still considering it as I don't know shit about it. So please have in mind I will probably ask the most retarded questions

I have tired to open a pinterest acc. What I did find confusing is that you can't open a page or something similar, you can open only a person acc. Like facebook you can open a page and run with it.

My question is I open a acc with Girl name an photo?
Do I create a a new board or join other that i'm interested in? ( probably create a new )
Do people who join(if they can join, because i don't know if they can) will have permission to post photos aka pins on my board or only i will have that privilege?
When you say follow xx number of people I need to follow with my personal acc that I have created i can't follow with the board? (I have a facebook mindset)

When you have mentioned use 100 of different URL's, I got little confessed there.
What if am planing to push CB products can i use only link link shortener? If not what can you suggest as a alternative?
And how much accout can I open with one IP? I don't have any proxy's, if I see that I am doing good i will subscribe for private proxies in the future but for now I will use my own IP.

I have tons of questions, but I don't whant to bother you more then this.
I will read other stuff and watch videos to learn more as possible before I even start.

Sorry I took so long to reply...Have been busy.

To answer your first question Pinterest is setup now where you have to have a account to see the content on the site. Unless you do a Google image search which in most cases takes you right to the pinned image.

To answer most of your other questions which is basically how Pinterest works is this.

1 - Create a account with the image of a female and you can make your profile url have your niche keyword in it. Like if dog training is your niche, you would make your url like: "KimsDogTraining" and so on. Write a description with your keyword in it and put your city, state and country. Verify your account.

2 - Go to your profile and click on create board. Make the title and description with your niche keywords.

3 - Now search Pinterest with your niche keywords and find popular pins and repin them to your board you created. There is a dropdown box to select your board. You can edit your pin and change the url to your own url so you get traffic.

You can follow people or boards. I would just follow people. If somebody is following you, you can invite them to pin to your board. You can get invited to pin to somebody elses board. You don't want to use the same url over and over. Shortened urls will be flagged. Create free blogger accounts and redirect those urls to your clickbank url.

You can safely create 2 accounts on one ip. Just create 2 acounts then clear your browser history and ccleaner to clean cookies and other stuff and turn off your modem for 5 seconds and back on and you now have a new ip adress.

Thats just the basic stuff and should get you going in the right direction.

So what is the techniques to use to protect your money site where are final amazon products.

1. Buying bunch of info domain and put script to meta redirect or JavaScript redirect to your money site?
2. Using some web 2.0 satellites?
3. Something else?


Was in the rush and typed too fast , so just to clarify what i meant:

I understand that they will block your domain if you use it with high percentage.
So one of the solutions I was thinking is to use bunch of info domains that you can use from your pinterest accounts. This ways you can increase percentage of your links.
Also I saw somewhere that when you repin you should remove other site links from source. Is that correct?
Do I need to do it. I think it will just expose your sites cause only your links will be on pins.

Another question I have. Do they block domains or domain IPs or both. I mean I coudl put 50 info domains on the same ip and use them interchangeably, will they just block ip where they all are hosted?
Lots of questions, I guess I need to try them.

I finally managed to make some cash from pinterest, I'm averaging $20/day. I built my own system after so many errors and trials. Pinterest, is the easiest way to make money online.

Did shorter url work? To dont post the same url on all accounts?
