The Perfect WH Strategy

My main goal is to rank my business website and social sites above competitors, just on a local scale. My problem, I'm procrastinating to start because I'm waiting for the perfect (WH) strategy. I think if I keep reading and reading eventually everything will just click and *bing 'The Perfect Plan'.. Meanwhile, I'm doing nothing to increase my web presence. Well.. I did start my adwords campaign again but there's more I could be doing.. but what, next? What should I do 'now?' If somebody could give me a point in the right direction that would be most appreciated. Starting to think I fell into a gold mine with no hammer.

OP in your position starting out why not use the hammer to learn both WH & BH...

If you want perfect WH strategy, then you stay out of SEO and try Adwords.

My advice is: Get off "Analysis Paralysis"

And the perfect WH solution would be perfect Oniste SEO, social media marketing plan, some adwords and social media ads.

No such thing as White Hat SEO now, even the onpage seo is being slowly phased out, look at 'hummingbird'.

creating links is already BH

Adwords and buying banner space on other websites are about as white hat as possible. Imo you can stay white and gray with a smidge of black and be just find. Another thing is being completly whitehat will be extremly expensive and time consuming.
