The ONLY ON-PAGE SEO Guide you'll Ever Need! SOURCE: My Brain;)

Hey thanks for the great info. But I'm confused when it comes to a single product minisite. What elements do i need to focus on to rank 1st page of google.

I am starting to think is on page worth spending days of work on..

By the times you've run your page through a density analyzer and compared the competition to your page, the diversity in the keyword density and positioning is that different does it really make a difference?!

As long as you use the basic outlines when writing your content e.g. including the keyword in the key elements like title, h1, image then I think your good to go.

Does anyone disagree? :06:

Hmm I don't know. I experimented with the thoughts on a few of my sites, trying only onpage optimization or offpage optimization and the results were a bit unclear.

I think you can do some serious damage with traditional on page SEO and nothing else but for me it's been hit or miss. Depends a lot on your competition too.

Offpage is a lot more delicate and easier to screw up. IMO, if you write a 1k word UNIQUE article, you can do anything you want onpage and it can only help, not hurt.

What if you audience doesn't wanna read a freakin 1k word article??

Lets say a dentist website. The homepage should be filled with pictures, maybe even a video, directions, links to other stuff...ANYTHING but a damn article. How do you go about it guys? Does google really favor the dentist that offers 1k words to his patients on his homepage?

atleast 2 H1 Tags
This is not correct only need a one H1 tag to introduce main topic to search engine as well as reader.
