bought some hosting here from a company called the OC Host http://www.theochost.com

Tried to make contact via their site but nothing, does anyone have any contact details for this company please

I would stay away from any business that doesn't change a thing about the default RackHost Themeforest theme. How would you think their customer service fares?

They have no contact details on the site, the order button takes you to a completely different site and when someone claims garbage like this:
