Feels like an update every single week.
I miss the times when Google were doing their major updates like 2-3 times per year and you had quite stable rankings. Now its a mess and mostly they won't even explain what they changed, how they changed or what they target.

Exactly this. When I take a look at my niches all I can see is spam and spun content in the Top 10. People share trash on Pinterest and Facebook, do keyword stuffing and its ranking in the Top 10. Legit and relevant websites are somewhere on page 4-6.
