90% of cpa users may do that fake download shit, but that does not make CPA greyhat or blackhat, it makes those people frauds.

I have saw the forums where the noobs advise noobs on the only way to do it, and that is fake hacks etc. But it's not, that is circular misinformation, that keeps being regurgitated, and then people complain about losing videos or whatever.

I was planning on making a site like you have just described, this method seems to have a lot of potential. But I've gotten lazy ever since I got a 9-5 job. This thread gave me some motivation, so thank you I have a question though. How do you handle geo targeting? Like, for example there is a US and a GB version of the same offer, so you want to send US traffic to the US one and GB to the GB one and the rest of the people to some generic offer related page so they still get what they came for. Is there a plugin for this or do I have to use some external geotargeting API?

I've never heard of CPAGrip and I wouldn't go with some network I've never heard of... Use offervault and look out for the reputable networks, the ones which have been around and have solid reputations - neverblue, peerfly, f5 media, maxbounty, A4D, w4.. the list gos on.

Yeah you can certainly mix them with adsense sites, as ocsilay has correctly pointed out CPA is not some shady black hat industry - there are heaps of verticals with lots of different legit products, heck any promotion can fall under the cpa banner.. if your CPA offers are adsense friendly as in "family oriented" suitable for all eyes then you shouldn't have an issue.

Not necessarily man.. sure if you get into the higher end of CPA marketing such as paid traffic when things can get technical and specific split testing comes in to the equation. But for normal site owners the split testing would involve split testing banners by rotating them and tracking everything there clicks, conversions etc.. all simple enough done on a normal website level.

Yeah there a number of http://codecanyon.net/item/wp-pro-geo-targeting/303324 which will do this for you banner wise so you'll rotate 2 different banners for uk and usa or what ever.. If you're tracking with 3rd party software like Prosper 202 you can just use the one banner then set the geo targeting on the URL so you're sending UK traffic to the UK offer and vice versa.

It's always important to note that you should develop a relationship with your AM. He/she will give you the top cpa offers and sometimes which traffic sources to run it on. There are also a few times where they will give you converting cpa banners or examples of great LP's.

When things go bad, your AM will let you know about it. If you don't have a relationship with them, they'll just ban your account in a heartbeat without a 2nd chance.

Spot on! I neglected to add this to the OP.. but this is a big one - Build relationships with your AM's they will unlock doors for you and most will bend over backwards to help you.. if you make money they make money - so exploit that, use them for help it's what they are there for.

Having a good relationship with your AM can mean the difference between a losing campaign/offer and a profitable one, for example pay bumps on offers or letting certain traffic sources fly.

I Couldn't agree more, for noobs like us I think CPA is one of the best methods to master as you don't actually have to sell anything, most of the time. Peerfly and Maxbounty are quite popular networks that I know of.

CPAgrip is not that good network Go with maxbounty and peerfly. CPAgrip john will ban you in chat section if you say a single bad word about their conversion rate.

Really? Never knew. People do recommend CPAGrip. Maxbounty wouldn't take me in and don't know what happened with my application at Peerfly.
