Hey guys
I want a method to avoid the negative feedback. For example when someone donate something I buy it from other websites and then I send it to him but with the logo of other companies
So if anyone has a solution don't hesitate to help me

If you list the service as a different brand and then if you ship the product from a diffrerent brand thats gonna affect your account history

You may ask your supplier to remove their invoices from the package. But this should not be a problem as long as a customer gets a product he expected.

Hello. Write very apologizing message to your buyer, who left you negative feedback (after 5-7 days), and then offer him any of your product for free (if it's an option for you).

The main idea, you should be in apologizing position.
