The most silly feedback in Fiverr

    I'm a seller in Fiverr. Recently one of my buyer left me this negative feedback for my 300+ EDU backlinks gig. And he didnt even send me any question.
    I'm just so speechless.

    Of course it's your competitor. They have willing to do that.

    maybe you can report this problem to fiverr admin. Because your buyer didn't ask you questions but directly judge bad to you.

    Either competitor or another one of those dumbass that I'm surprised actually get clients because they know nothing about what their clients pay them to do.

    Reminds me of the first I left. I was trying to send as a message. I didn't know it was a feedback, I thought it was a PM. I said: "Wow, I tested them and not a single one worked!" On top of that, I sent it as a positive feedback. :D In hindsight it was better that it was a positive, but boy, did I feel like a dumbass when I found out that's what I'd done since I couldn't edit it.

    btw, i am a fiverr seller too and i hate all those competitor who think that can beat your reputation by spending just some fiverrs to buy your gigs and leave negative feedback.

    you can contact the support, but because i have already been in this situation, i must tell you that they always support the customer.

    i had some negative feedback from 1 day live account with 1 order (= clearly competitor) but fiverr support didnt seem to care about it.

    Unless he is a competitor, contact him. I've been able to reverse 100% of my negative feedback by messaging them & asking what made them leave the bad feedback (if it wasn't clear in their feedback), followed by me offering to more than make it worth their while to remove their feedback.

    As long as you have something to give to them (service, product, etc), and you are super friendly in your response, they'll remove their neg feedback. Unless, of course, they posted the feedback to get rid of competition.

    I already sent message to the admin and they asked me to contact the buyer first and wait for 2 days. So I did. The admin appearantly is quite supportive. So I hope there will be a solution for this. Although she didnt simply remove the feedback as I expected.
    I will keep update for any news.

    Let me know how it goes. I have requested a couple of bad feedback to be removed recently because they are completely unfair. I deliver the gig which involves some links and then the seller leaves negative feedback saying I havent delivered!

    The support team simply said I need to contact the seller and get their permission to remove the bad feedback. Not really going to happen if its a competitor!
