Maybe mods want to take a look at this, personal insults + multiple negative reviews aren't allowed as far as I know.

Woah. The reviewer is even some kind of super psychic mental health expert. She can armchair diagnose people with mental health disorders through text. That’s an amazing super (unethical) ability.

Thanks for flagging it up I’ll investigate the issue. In the meantime I’m closing this thread because no doubt it would invite even more discourse from the parties involved.
