The Missing link in Keyword Research(Only for BHW)...

I have read many ebooks and seen many videos on keyword research...But no one is talking about this important step....Maybr they are keeping it for themselves.

Many of you in BHW maybe doing this as a part of keyword research....but for the ones who are missing it ....This is the post for you....

    Hesre is the step......

1.Assume that youFind a keyword with good search count(i look for more than 60,000/month search keywords)

2.Go to google Trends and do a search for that keyword and find which country is searching most for the keywords.Sometimes the searches for a keyword maybe more but it would be searched by people from philipines and India etc....In that case the keyword is of no use(Unless adsense is used to monetise site)

Look out keywords searched by US,UK,Canada if you are trying to sell something in that keyword site.

Hope this is of some help to guys who don't use this step already in Keyword reaearch..

this is a great tip, I remember how I "discovered" a keyword with 3 mil. monthly searches and competition was not so high. I managed to reach page 1, but no traffic, no money.
Then I checked it and I really was shocked, more than 90% of searches were coming from turkey.

    That is a nice tip.
But if you are using Google's keyword tool, you have the option selecting the country of your choice. However the numbers given by Google KW tool should be taken only for comparison.

May be...But the point i want here to make is not about which tool to use....Use any tool but you have to find out which country's people are searching it earlier...before you create the site around it.

this is why 95% of the people fail... they use third party tools to get search volume.

The actual trick is to setup a dummy website and run a 2 days adwords campaign with all the longtail keywords that u are going to target in [exact] match.

this way you get the REALLIFE 100% accurate impressions(=search volume).

If you do this with some longtails and try to get your ad in position 6 it will maybe cost you $10 to get the actual searchvolume for a couple of keywords.

Every site i make makes money and gets alot of targeted visitors from google. If you do 100% correct pre-research you almost cannot fail.
