Yes it is similar to powerlike but for me Fuelgram is even better when it comes to this. Real influencers there, you can choose a niche that is most adequate for you, very good for organic growth of followings.

Power likes are different from likes exchange.
In likes exchange, you give someone like in order to receive but power likes are the likes from powerful accounts ( generally 50k-1M ) and when they like your post then the authority of your post is increased and your chances of hitting explore page will be more.

i dont think so for a like to be considered a power like it has to be coming from an account with at least 20k followers
