The latest on YouTube spam?

As it is known, YouTube shorts videos are not watched recently. It remains 0 or 1. but some claim that shorts videos are watched. no views even if i upload newly uploaded and watched videos. It didn't work even though I tried different device, ip, hash, title, description. what's the latest on you? Let's share our knowledge.

Im experiencing the same thing, I have a decent channel and always got good shorts views its how I grew my subs faster. Majority of people on that thread show the same thing, I get only a few views. Definitly youtube is changing stuff.
I know TWO people still getting views, and did see quite a few others but they are bigger channels.

One is my size but their shorts traffic stayed the same, maybe it only affects most channels. Another posted a crappy short (even he said it was his worse) and somehow went viral yesterday with 750k views. Ohter than that his shorts still get traffic. So there are some people still getting them
 
Depend of ctr, ı think. Not fixed fully, maybe you get shadow ban.
 
Unfortunately, no one is willing to share info. For me personally, old vids are still getting an unreal amount of views so this is something related to uploading method. What I tested and didn't work is uploading from phone and uploading while changing file name and metadata (in case algo detects vid download websites in that data) and neither was a solution. So I came to 2 conclusions :
1. The whole shorts is F***** up with a bad update and they will fix it soon and it affects 50%+ creators (probably)
2. They trained algo AI to track reuploads even after speed/filter edits and to track Instagram Reels/Tiktoks (unlikely since it requires a lot of resources). I mentioned Reels/Tiktoks since I take content from there so the moment my Shorts appear on Youtube, they are "original" and yet they get only views from subscribers in the past 2 days.
 
I tried something else today, created a bot to uniquize videos. And I uploaded 100 unique videos to channel. Finally more than 0-1 views but still something is wrong :/

only 1 video. this is meaningless. I upload completely organic video but the result is the same. but today i saw a shorts channel. only uploaded 1 video. It got 4.5k views in 1 hour. The number of subscribers is also 460. In other words, he didn't get it by making his subscribers watch it. entered the exploration. but how, but how...

Same result bro, It surely means that YouTube (AI/Algorithm) has the possibility to check on duplicate contents uploaded at the same time/on the same channel.

I started to code a script in Python that allows to automatically and slightly modify each of the 100 videos (trim, add some fx, audio pitch edit, zoom, etc). I'm currently finishing it and going to run some tests.

The goal: to make YouTube believe that I've uploaded 100 unique videos, hope i'll have some good results!
 
Some of the general video algorithms are applied to the shorts. Short feeds are the same source of viral traffic as browsing traffic for regular video.

In order to reuse the current video, you need to interpolate and edit the pixels, rather than changing the resolution, contrast, speed, etc.

Simple! Make your videos on par with regular videos!

Short vertical videos are less rigorously filtered than regular videos and are well exposed.

If this update is maintained, the shorts video should be made to a normal video level.

I saw a channel. shorts videos were watched between 1k and 3k yesterday. how can this be

We already work on this but according to tests, only 1 video out of 100 videos get good views. All others get 0-1.
 
I don't want to give the name of the channel, but I just came across another channel. He has posted 10 videos and is getting super views. I tried the same video, title, tag and the result is unsuccessful. I tried both from phone and computer, still ineffective. but it is not possible to understand how it is watched on that person

But this time it's kinda weird, because normally I get thousand of views or simply 0-1. So I think there might be something else than unique videos that effect.
 
I hope this is the right place to ask it.
if i download my regular video from my channel and upload it like a short video (under 1 min after editing etc.) is that problem for the channel? (not spam channel my own videos)
