The keyword "Android" in domain name?

    Any problems if i would use the keyword "android" in my domainname like
    somethingandroid.com

    I was reading that google is being sued over the keyword by a guy called Specht.

    There are literally hundreds of Blogs talking about Android with android in the url. I havent heard anything of being sued. Some like Phandroid are very popular and amke shitloads of money......

    The word itself is generic as in robot. If you don't do anything damaging toward the commercial application then you have nothing to worry about.

    Unless its damaging their brand or business in anyway, they won't care much. Already several thousands using it with no problems.

    P.s. However, it might not be the same case in other brands/companies.
