We do online business that has one of the highest chargeback rate, still we receive only 1 or NO chargeback or dispute , do you know why?
We had two of our paypal suspended 2 years back, we opened new a/c but made several improvements in how we deal with customers, i cant reveal everything here, but i feel proud of whatever i did to eradicate chargebacks. I sometimes cant even imagine myself that we are able to reduce the chargebacks to this extend. We also faced some sites rank disappeared completely, i started to learn adwords and its now helping us generate some business when our rank goes down.
The place i run my office, there is severe scarcity of skilled freshers, still im managing it

If you hae no other way to survive other than working smarter and harder you will definitely find a way for each problem
I forgot to tell you one more thing, i even hired TWO from USA and made them register a LLC, open a bank account (citizens bank and Artisans bank)

the first person did not cheat me, but said that he cannot continue this way, i hried one lady she cheat me and ran away with 1000 USD I dont mind the amount at all.
