Honestly I'm not sure how this works?

Basically, you purchase a Faulty iPhone on eBay or Elsewhere (In-Warranty iPhone 5) for nearly half the price

When you receive it, you simply walk into an apple store and say it doesn't work... A few minutes later they give you a brand new one!

Regardless of the problem, they always do...

If its a stolen phone purchased on eBay, you walk in and say you have no service cause you dropped it.. still replaced.

If its a Out of Warranty repair:

"dropped in water" or "cracked screen" iPhone, you tell them the exact problem and even if you have to pay for an "out of warranty" service, it only costs £109 for a brand new handset... which is well worth the bargain if you buy a faulty one for £150 (+109 repair) £259! still half the price !!

My University mates have been doing this and re-selling the replaced handsets and buying boxes for them on eBay so basically they're brand new!.. I just don't have the balls to do this as it is considered fraud I guess?

If this one is true, then, it's Apple's fault for for not thinking about these possibilities. If your friends are doing it and they get a new one, well, you can do it too! It is not considered a fraud since Apple change them whole heartedly :) (just an opinon)
